Cancellation policy

By placing an order on ovp.mom, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. Regular In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled only before they have been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, collected, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Pre-Order Items

For selected pre-order items, we may collect either a deposit or full payment, depending on the product.

  • If a deposit is collected, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.
  • If full payment is collected, any refund request after cancellation will be reviewed based on the status of the order, including whether stock has already been reserved, prepared, or committed.

Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may change.

3. Special Indent / Specially Sourced Items

For special indent, custom-arranged, or specially sourced items, a deposit or full payment may be required before we proceed.

If the customer cancels such an order:

  • any deposit paid is strictly non-refundable;
  • if sourcing, reservation, production, or shipping commitments have already been made, we reserve the right to decline any refund or deduct any costs already incurred.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation is not accepted once:

  • the order has been processed, packed, shipped, collected, or delivered;
  • a pre-order item has been reserved or committed;
  • a special indent item has been confirmed with the supplier or maker;
  • the item has been specially prepared, packed, or allocated for the customer.
